When will D'Avenue be delivered?: Delivery is scheduled for September 2027. Construction updates are published every month on this site, level by level.
How can I reserve a residence?: With a fully refundable deposit of 100,000 Mexican pesos. The deposit holds the residence while the purchase agreement is prepared for signature.
What payment plans are there?: Three: the list price with twenty percent down and eighty at delivery, a staged presale plan (thirty percent down, sixty during construction, ten at delivery) with a seven percent discount, and a capital-forward presale plan (eighty percent now, twenty at delivery) with the maximum discount. Every residence page shows its schedule.
Are the prices in pesos or dollars?: The price list is in Mexican pesos and contracts settle in pesos. The dollar figures on this site are references at the developer's rate; the FIX rate on the payment date, or the rate the parties agree, applies to each payment.
